Multi-user-hall to be built in the Freight Village
Company from Bremen invests € 7 million in JadeWeserPort
Peper & Söhne Projekt GmbH from Bremen have just signed a leasehold contract for a 2.6 hectare plot in the Freight Village at JadeWeserPort Wilhelmshaven. The plot lies directly adjacent to the entrance to the Freight Village and be the site of the “Atlantic One” multi-user-hall with approx. 12,000 square metres of floor space suitable for flexible usage. The logistics centre will have a ceiling height of 10 metres, and can be divided up into up to nine units with min. 540 square metres of floor space. Each unit has at least one ground floor vehicle entrance, and boasts optimal conditions for logistics, transport and other port-related services. The logistics centre will have ten frames, and three basement yards, with a total of ten levellers. Up to 745 square metres of office space is also available. Completion is scheduled for 2020. Marketing is being handled by Robert C. Spies Gewerbe und Investment GmbH & Co. KG, also based in Bremen.

We have sought to satisfy this type of demand for a long time now, and are therefore delighted that Peper & Söhne Projekt GmbH made the decision to set up their operation in Wilhelmshaven.”
